This 2011 project by the Social Policy Research Associates (SPR) was The California Endowment’s (TCE) first internal organizational assessment of the foundation’s diversity and inclusivity policies and practices. This assessment, which produced the TCE Diversity & Inclusivity Report Card, was a voluntary effort to increase the institutional effectiveness of The Endowment’s grants portfolio and institutional operating practices.
