In this 2010 report, Philanthropic Initiative for Racial Equity has presented an array of perspectives and suggestions that may contribute to enhancing the questions raised by the funders, activists and evaluators concerned with racial justice. The intent is to develop more consistent and effective evaluation tools that are more effective and consistent in targeting the needs of specific communities.
