This 2005 guide created by the Inclusiveness Project at the Denver Foundation provides an intentional focus on race and ethnicity, but is adaptable to other dimensions of inclusiveness. It includes detailed steps, worksheets and sample documents for making a long-term organizational commitment to inclusiveness.
