Diversity & Inclusivity in Philanthropy

The Minnesota Council on Foundations website has diversity resources, research and tools spanning over a decade of work. Some created by MCF and others from trusted sources, this collection of resources addresses diversity in staffing, funding, purchasing, and community activities.  The site serves to help organizations overcome barriers to becoming more inclusive grantmakers.

The Council on Foundations website provides resources regarding diversity and inclusion within philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. COF has made a commitment to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and to encourage other organizations to incorporate similar policies and practices.
